to introduce you to a Unit of lessons taken from the Language Arts cirriculum
.This website will provide a preview of Language Arts lesson which explores the
depths and concepts of the theme Heroes and Heroines.A full veiw of these lessons will be available on the Languge Arts courseware which will be available soon.For the purpose
of this Unit, heroes are identified as figures who have great strenght
and ability and are admired for their achievements. They may risk or
sacrifice their lives for others or may be noted for special achievement
in a particular field.Thus students will be given the oppertunity to
examine the theme in two categories i.e. Heroes, Anti-heroes, Heroines
and Personal & Community Heroes & Heroines.The
